I have had liberty for 15 years and so…

Always helpful
Every single interaction with Liberty and every single doctor visit or procedure any of my family has needed over the 15+ years of membership has gone very smoothly. We LOVE Liberty and how helpful they are. Follow their suggestions exactly for prenotes and how to sort out reimbursement and it will go well!

So grateful to Liberty Healthshare !
We’ve been with Liberty Health Share for over 10 years. A few months ago, I had a major heart attack. I presented at the hospital in an ambulance and received three life-saving stents. I told them I didn’t have insurance and was a self-pay patient. The hospital billed us at a 60% discount and all the bills were submitted to Liberty. They covered almost all of it. The most beautiful thing is a week ago they sent me a very lovely, leather bound, personally embossed Bible. It was such a surprise, and I am so grateful for their service and this lovely gift. I highly recommend Liberty Healthshare. Blessings and light!

Liberty always has great customer service. They are even happy to talk with a medical billing center with you to get problems figured out.

I was connected to a customer service…
I was connected to a customer service rep within 20 seconds and she was incredibly helpful and pleasant! I needed help logging into my account and she had a link to my email within minutes and my problem was solved. Such a better experience than I used to get dealing with a traditional insurer.

I called to find out about paying my share early…
I called to find out about paying my share early due to upcoming travel. Super customer service by agent giving me options that would work the best for me. I am pretty new (5 months) in my membership but have nothing but raves so far!
