I spoke with Charnelle who was so calm! She answered every question regarding my bills and explained the negotiations that LHS had with my provider. She also explained to me what services Self Pay Advocates assisted with and provided me their contact information. What amazes me is how she went above and beyond and even called one of my providers to advise that a check was sent out. Her customer service was outstanding.
