Loris was fantastic, she went the extra mile to help me get the right information for my claim, she called and got me on a three way phone call with the hospital so we could get the information and help with what information I needed. Thank you again Loris you are fantastic

The title truly says it all. After being laid off and in between jobs, I signed up with Liberty Health Share and can share it was one of the best decisions I've made. I have peace of mind knowing I can lean on my membership for medical needs that may come up. And I cannot forget to mention how the staff is always incredibly kind and helpful. Our family has been using Liberty Healthshare since 2017. The first few years it required a lot of work to keep up with getting a the bills submitted, and getting reimbursements was quite slow and frustrating, but we saved a lot of money by not using traditional insurance. This past year Liberty made some significant improvements and now reimbursements come MUCH quicker! I’m glad I stayed with Liberty over these years as they have continued to improve in their efficiency and I feel that the savings are worth the extra work of submitting bills myself. I also feel good about the principles this healthshare is based on. I am glad to be done with the racket of traditional insurance. With LHS’s improvements, I now get prompt help on the phone and the online submitting system is quite simple. It’s worked well for our family.

My husband was diagnosed with mandible cancer on 07/10/21 and he needed surgery urgently. He was scheduled for a surgery at UF Health his appointment got cancelled twice due to covid and not having enough beds in the hospital. I took him to Mayo Clinic Jacksonville on 08/11/21 had no appointment available. I get a call on 08/12/21 to bring him to start his pre-op for surgery on 08/16/21. I was on the phone with LHS while he was getting his blood work with the pre-auth department , they approved the surgery and sent me an email quickly approving it (i work with a dermatologist and it takes about 2 weeks sometimes to get and auth for an in office procedure) My husband passed away 09/15/2023. By that time LHS had already reimburse me for 2022. The problem was 2021 and i had borrow the money upfront to get my husband's surgery done. When i would called they tell me we are working to get the bills paid and its in the back log. About 2 weeks ago i get an email from Sally(my guardian angel) saying they are sending me the reimbursements for all my 2021 bills. Also i do the billing for my dermatologist office and i actually posted a payment for a patient who had LHS in 2021 and they made the payment 04/19/2024. This is a legit company. I never lost hope in the Christian Ministry , they prayed for me and I was patient, i also needed the money believe me, but they came around and i have started to get my payments. I believe Covid screwed us all up. I have had LHS since 2015 and the only time i had trouble was during covid 2021.

I chose Liberty healthshare as we are a very healthy family and regular insurance was getting quite expensive for the self employed. We were SOLD on the Christian basis behind their mission. Last year I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and without really having a primary care physician (as I am never sick and believe it or not - they file your charts away) - Liberty was there not only to help with the best care - THEY WERE SO PROMPT on their payments to my care providers. I couldn't have had better care my physicians AND Liberty Healthshare - who checked in on my status periodically. I also had a few providers that didn't accept LibertyHealth Share. In working with Liberty Healthshare - they informed me of how to get the best rates, turn the bills into them and BAM - they paid!

That it functions just as a health share should function. There is SHARING of expenses, transparency, and a good base structure by not allowing certain pre-existing conditions for individuals to enroll. The member supported structure seems to work well for most situations within a generally "healthy" member group.

I love the idea of health minded people who can manage the cost of their medical services banding together to share unusual expenses
