Customer service is excellent.
Customer service is excellent. Wait time is merely seconds…CONSISTENTLY…I have never waited a full minute to receive assistance. The Sharing process is extremely equitable. I am very happy to be a member.

Unlike most other health share…
Unlike most other health share companies, Liberty Healthshare accepts most people regardless of their religious affiliation. I love that when I contact them, my call is answered quickly by a human being who lives in the United States. They are always professional and well-trained. There is a learning curve if you're not familiar with using a health share as opposed to regular insurance. But, they are always helpful and kind.

Our healthsharing programs are based on the Christian tradition of walking together through shared ethical and religious beliefs, a tradition of mutual aid, neighborly assistance, and financial sharing. Our members take control of their own healthcare costs and management for themselves and their families. We strive to offer an alternative to complicated and costly healthcare options. Best choice in HealthCare coverage
Liberty healthshare is the best HealthCare coverage I've ever had. When calling you never have to wait more than a minute to speak to a very knowledgeable and friendly rep. It is so nice to be able to get pre-authorizations with just a quick phone call and without waiting numerous days like most large insurance companies make you do. Also having the freedom to go to whatever doctor or specialist I find on my own without having to get a referral is awesome. Liberty Healthshare's premiums are fair and they pay and/or reimburse medical costs fairly and pay about the same time frame as larger insurance carriers. The fact that it's a Christian Ministry and bases its business practices on Christian principles is the most impressive thing.

Best service and at low cost!
Where else can you find low cost with best service? Liberty HealthShare has the best call center I have ever encountered in fifty years of doldrums "on hold" elsewhere. For years now I have phoned them about various issues or questions, and a live person is on it in ten seconds. Maybe I waited twenty seconds once. If that were not enough, every call is comprehensive, courteous, caring and kind.

Joint phone call resolves issue
I have a medical provider that has a cumbersome documentation request process. The Liberty Healthshare rep helped me by making a joint phone call to explain the exact information needed. Thank you for going the extra mile!

I recently canceled my account with…
I recently canceled my account with Liberty HealthShare after 8 years due to financial reasons. The cancellation process was straightforward and easy, which I greatly appreciated during a challenging time. I’ve always admired Liberty HealthShare’s mission and the values they stand for. My experience with them over the years has been positive, and I truly hope to return to their community in the future. Until then, I will continue to share my experience and recommend their services to others who align with their mission.
