The worst car warranty company ever I have been calling for almost a month to get in contact with someone and have been unsuccessful when u call now it says the number is disconnected which is very odd at this point I just want me money back I haven’t been able to get in contact with the rep that contacted me from the beginning as well his cell is off as well

I think they are closed. If you hit the extension it's say you have Reached a number that is no longer in service. We all are screwed big times.

Stay away from this company!!! Car was in shop for almost 2 weeks. These people never answered the line when trying to file a claim. I literally stayed on hold for 4 hours waiting for someone and then the line disconnected. If you press the option to become a policy holder they answer the line quickly and then they tell you they would have a claim specialist call back within 24 hours. No one ever called. This company is a scam they take your money but do not pay out on claims. Stay away!

Took my vehicle to the shop for an issue I had on my truck..The service department has been trying to get in touch with this company for over a week with long holding time with no luck..Press the option 1 to apply for a new policy and someone answers right away and sayys will have someone to call me back and no one every did.In the meantime my truck is still in the shop waiting for approval..I am very disappointed and frustrated with this company and to make it even worse I paid the policy in full..

Absolutely the worst customer service and response I have ever experienced. I have been waiting for a month to receive confirmation of a simple refund. Over the past month I have sent 5 emails and spoken to 6 different representative and still no answers. The representatives even stated that the company would to respond to issue and continues to avoid customer issues.

We have been calling them for 3 days with no reply. Our car has been in the shop for almost a week with the dealer having no luck getting ahold of anyone! I have sat on hold for over 3 hours one day. When I call the number to buy a policy I get an answering service even though it’s during business hours. I am seeking 3rd party assistance! Do not give your business to them!!!! It’s a scam!!!!
