I have only recently purchased my auto…
I have only recently purchased my auto protection program and have not needed to file any claims. The representative was very helpful in providing information as to select the best plan for me. I was also given a $0 deductible for payment in full. I hope that if the need to file claims arizies that Liberty Bell Auto is there for me without any issues or delay. Currently l have the peace of mind knowing l am covered for any repairs on my investment and needed transportation.

Good service
Liberty bell was hard to get ahold of with the COVID 19 stipulation..... but they got back to me and stood behind what they said they would. End of they day I was skeptical but I had a good experience with my first claim. Thank you

Waste of my time!
The representatives that I spoke to were very courteous and professional, a little pushy but after all .... they were trying to make a sale. According to my research, the coverages that you offer verses the cost of the various plans is reasonable. The reason I only gave 4-stars: I was originally told my vehicle only qualified for platinum coverage, not being satisfied with that I went on a search and was offered a much better plan by another company, so I called in to cancel my membership, only then was I offered the opportunity to upgrade to platinum prime ... what a total waste of my time!
