I purchased the platinum premium plan for 3 years or 36,000 miles on my newly purchased 2013 Mercedes Benz with a little over 83,000 miles on the vehicle. Jeff L was my initial sales contact person and really explained the various plans they had to offer. We negotiated to a very favorable rate and got zero deductible because I'm a veteran. Thanks for that. I am also very impressed that Jeff L will now be my permanent contact person for all questions and concerns. He is salaried and has an office and is available to take to many hours per day. I already had a question and he answered the phone in person. Not voice mail. I like that. So far signing up has been easy. Most of claim payment reviews have been very positive. I am excited to have found this extended warranty company.

Straight forward process to getting a policy. They did give me a quote "thats only valid for this phone call" and wouldn't give me a chance to think it through but did mention its free cancellation within 30 days. Other than the pressure sales tactics, they have been stellar. Haven't had to use them for any claims yet (thats when the real truth comes out over how reliable an insurance company is) but have no reason to believe there will be any problems as they've been professional since I got the policy.
