Frank Moore, Agent I talked with. Very Professional and understanding about my needs. Willing to take the time for my many questions and understood why some were asked. He is very personable and caring. If customer service is like this through out the company, I made a good choice.

Jeff Lewis helped greatly with the process of selecting the best program for the money. I have been around the automotive sales industry for a while. They give the positives that they provide. Other companies I have looked at offer best price or anything comparable.

On my initial call to Liberty Bell, Frank made me feel very comfortable answering all my questions and concerns. He did not “Hard Sell” me! He was more concerned that all my questions were answered and I was comfortable moving forward. Frank is a true professional!

Like almost all extended auto coverage companies, they are warm and excited to sell you a policy. But then, when you have a needed repair, they are slow to respond; often weeks later. BE WARNED! Like me, after rejecting my claim for repairs, I am going to have to take them to court. Liberty Bell is, in my experience, unprofessional and dishonest.So I suggest you find another company that will meet your needs in an ethical manner..

Jeff Lewis will be my permanent contact person for all questions and concerns. I already had a question and he answered the phone in person. I like that. I am excited to have found this extended warranty company their is nothing else better out their i promise you that.

I was unsure at first about Liberty Bell but Thomas made me feel at ease. I always do my homework and checked out other extended warranty companies and it concerned me that Liberty Bell wasn't with BBB.
