Not the movers but a broker. Truck showed up a full day late, only 2 movers so it took until 1 am to finish!! Not what was told I was paying for. This is just review of pickup… payment is shady….for getting it off truck. Will post again when delivery is actually made.

I reached out to long haul for my out of state move going from California to New York. A gentleman named russell helped set up my move. They were outstanding very professional would definitely recommend if your moving long distance.

Yup, someone else who gave one star called it - they are a broker and bid your business out to an actual moving company and they don't tell you that. I gave 2 stars because I actually had a good experience with their customer service reps whenever I needed them, but then again, they were shady this whole time. I didn't find out about who the moving company actually was until they called me the day I was moving to tell me they were going to be late (1.5 hours to be exact). I feel so discouraged by moving companies that I'll do it myself next time.

Ms. Graw we appreciate customer feedback and regret to hear satisfactory feedback, however upon reviewing the timestamps of our correspondence with you, and the service agreement signatures you were notified of the assigned carrier the same day you made your reservation on 2/2/23. Your executed Bill of Lading on 2/2/23 which provided you all of the carriers DOT licensing, and contact information. This was 22 days before you pickup date, and exactly 3 hours after the reservation was placed. Regarding the arrival time of the crew although we do aim to arrive at the beginning of a scheduled pickup window, we cannot guarantee arrival time, and we do explicitly express (including in writing) to all of our customers that pickup windows are subject to change due to variables out of our control such as traffic, weather, prior pickups taking longer than expected, and unforeseen circumstances.

I used long haul moving and storage for my move, I was so stressed especially moving to another state for a job. John Hansen truly made my move a breeze. Would definitely recommend them if your doing a state to state move.

I had my movers cancel on me a week before my big move. I called Long Haul Moving & Storage a nice lady by the name of Sandi answered the phone. I was frustrated, but Sandi reassured me they could help me with my move. I explained I needed to be in Florida on a certain day to start a new job. She gave me a date and time the movers would be at my house, also made sure before we ended our call I was happy. The movers were excellent and made sure they handle all my property with care at pick up and drop off. This company has my business for every move.

SCAM SCAM SCAM ! They will ask you for a itemized list of what you need moved , give you a quote, and then send a truck over with less than half the space you need. They tried to get 3k more from us. Then when you don't pay up , they send you a email to sign over saying they can keep the $900 deposit as credit. Lmao this company is a joke ! The other reviews are 100% fake ! Replied with some bs response. Might want to speak with Terry. We gave you the revised list and sent it to yall asap! The communication on your part sucks. And our truck driver let us know you pull this scam all the time. Let's say we did have only the stuff you noted, it still would not have fit in the spot you gave us ! As per the other reviews , this is a common issue you guys have. I see lawsuits in your future.

Ms. Yanez we would like to start by saying feedback is always appreciated, however you initially reserved your move for 6 items, 11 moving bags, and 15 boxes. This was the inventory provided by Mr. Yanez and subsequently signed off for. When we spoke with you the day before your pickup and 12 days of planning and preparing after your initial reservation you confirmed once again that these were all the items to be moved. The crew that arrived for your pickup at the storage location to which you requested a significantly increased list of items to be moved. While we did not have an issue transporting the additional items for you, understandably we could not add all of the extra items free of charge. Each service order is calculated on the total items, and their sizes to be moved. We did offer the additional items to be moved at a discounted rate to accommodate you as well as having already dispatched a crew to Buda, TX. Unfortunately you were unwilling to pay for the additional items you asked to be transported and because of this you requested the crew not to transport the original list of items at all. Nonetheless we did still offer to extend a credit to you as a courtesy in the event you wish to revise your list of items and transport them at another time.
