never delivered and 15% of total cost refund
I ordered the Pilates Reformer over 2 months ago. I received emails from them asking for me to review a product that I DID NOT RECEIVE. They informed me that it had been attempted to be delivered several times. THIS IS FALSE, as I have a doorbell camera and no one tried to deliver the product. I ended up ordering a larger piece of equipment from Amazon, and it was delivered quickly. I then asked Lhanel for a refund since my product did not arrive. They informed me that they could refund 15% of the product or reship. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. They are frauds.... Order something from Amazon.
