LhanelReviews of lhanel.co

The quality of the project is done well. Everything was neatly packed and all my items were there. My order tracker did get messed up but Lhanel support was easy to get in contact with and kept my updated on my order status.

This company is well trusted! I received my order quickly, and if I any questions Lhanel’s customer service will answer you quickly.

First of all the price was wonderful and affordable. I’ve seen a lot of overpriced boards and knock-off boards and this company made sure that you knew what you were getting, that it was legit and of amazing quality. The pilates board was very excellent quality and comes with so many sturdy attachments! Important to note that it was also packaged with care and excellence, as I am in a more remote area and everything came perfectly and quickly with no damage. The customer service was also the best experience I have ever had shopping online. They answered within the half hour or less with any details I requested i.e. tracking updates. And were also very pleasant and helpful. Overall an exceptional shopping experience and customer service. Best bang for your buck! Its price is the equivalent of 4 months of a gym membership except I get to keep it forever with video workout guidance! I look forward to seeing my health results.

When I had questions I got answers easy and I love my workouts.

Lhanel's reformer board and customer service has been amazing for me! I truly appreciate them hands down! First of all, the equipment is effective, durable, and simple. I LOVE all the attachments and additional items that can come with the board; they absolutely increase the ease and comfort factor! (I've purchased everything offered. XD) My first order was missing a gift card that was supposed to come with my purchase. Upon contacting customer service, I was met with an extremely kind and swift response! Belle, Eunice, and Kris were the employees I encountered, and I only wished all representative encounters were that quick! They reached an effortless solution PRONTO! 20/10! I will 100% be recommending ALL of Lhanel's products to everybody! :)

I lost my access to the training videos, so I emailed customer support. They got back to me very quickly and helped with everything I needed.

It’s very great experience I’m so glad

When i started reading the negative reviews I was getting very nervous about it arriving. The delivery didnt come as expected as I ordered a coupld of days before Christmas, I emailed for an update, the customer service team were very helpful and apologised for the delay and could update me on the arrival. Getting onto the machine it self it is great and really pushes you. I don't like going to them gym so this machine is absolutely perfect for a home workout, you can even tuck it anywhere which is also very helpful.
