When i reached out to the company they got back to me pretty quickly. Even though I have 1 small issue with the gift card it have not changed how I feel with the customer service....the product...and the ordering. It had all been amazing and I thank you! Keep it up

I've had this product for over 2-3 months. I had a concern with bands and the resistance of them but customer service was very helpful and willing to help. I have been using this product and it works well for a quick workout before starting my day.

I was so excited to get my plates set, especially with the free items that came with it. I was not disappointed. So far I love everything about it and all you can do with it. I however didn't receive my free gift card and when I contacted them, they very quickly got back to me. I'd recommend this to anyone!!

This is an updated review from my 02/03 review. After three emails, my request that a refund be honored based on the company's 100% satisfaction guarantee was granted. I agreed to update my review once the refund was processed. Kris also allowed me to keep the product so that I wouldn't have to paid additional funds to ship it, and she listened to my concerns to help with improving the product and the customer service experience. She apologized several times in our email chain, once I received a response. My updated review is not only based on the fact that they refunded my money but also how Kris handled the situation after my original review. I would agree with other reviewers. This product is not worth the money and when you try to request a refund, there's no response. I have sent three emails and nothing yet. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! Don't listen to the reviewers who rated a five. They are lying!!! Listen to those who rated a three or lower because they are telling the truth!.
