I just received my pilates equipment and even though I did not receive everything I was supposed to in the box, they were most helpful to make sure I was taken care. I love the machine and enjoy using it. Feel better already !!

I had a few issues and questions regarding my order, and sent them an email, they responded very fast and resolved my concerns, very great customer service, I can't wait to start my journey on this Reformer, will be posting a comment back in a month, super excited.

Customer Service got back to me right away and helped out. I was happy with my experience and do like my reform board a lot, my Husband even uses it now.

I ordered my products had a few issues with the delivery but the company was very understanding in resolving it very quickly there service was very professional and prompt can’t wait to recieve it
