Love this reformer board! Been utilizing the board for less than two weeks, and really feel it everytime I am working out. You receive a workout guide and also 3 workout guided videos. I also wanted to note that there are plenty of videos online that show even more exercises you can do. I’ve lost 3 pounds and feel more toned already.. I know 3 pounds may not be a lot. But I feel excited to utilize my board and SO much more energetic. I have vasogal syncope so it is a struggle getting to the gym at fear of passing out. I really recommend this!
