The company was very friendly and willing to help me resolve my concern with their product. Due to the concern they replaced my original stepper free of charge.

Product wasn’t in stock when I ordered it, but ended up receiving it in a few weeks. Packaged well; arrived fast after shipping. I ended up having several questions regarding proper technique. Customer service took the time to answer all my questions and even provide a clip of someone using the machine for my reference. Have been enjoying using the product even before being coached on how to use it better. I haven’t been using the product for long, but it seems sturdy and is currently the only exercise machine that I have found works well for me. I look forward to using it more and for longer periods of time.

I absolutely love this LHANEL stepper! It was easy to put together, feels sturdy, and gives me a great workout without taking up a lot of space. I can feel my legs and glutes working after just a short session, and it’s a convenient way to get my steps in when I can’t make it outside. One of the parts broke (resistance band) but I called customer service and they made the replacement process incredibly easy. They quickly sent me a new piece with no hassle, and I was back up and using the stepper in no time. That level of customer service really impressed me.

This company has been fantastic, without hyperbole. They let us know upfront that when I initially ordered their product it was going to be delayed due to popular demand , but they kept us in the loop as far as when the product would actually be in stock and ready for delivery. And then we had the product malfunction and they shipped a full replacement completely free within 48 hours despite the warranty having expired. Top-notch customer service.

Lhanel as a company is amazing...from their customer service to the rock stepper I purchased! I have zero complaints and will recommend this company to any and everyone! If you want a gentle on your knees but intense workout overall, the rock stepper is the way to go. As a chronic pain sufferer since 2002, this is the perfect equipment to keep me rock stepper to fitness!

I purchased my Rockstepper few months ago because I was looking for a workout that would be fun and impactful. I saw an Ad for Lhanel ricke stepper and instantly thought to purchase! I couldn't afford the $300 gym monthly membership so I gave the rock stepper a go. Ive use the stepper consistently for the past 4 months, 10 mins 3x a day and with food adjustments, Ive achieved maintaining health goals. When my stepper had a nissue Lhanel fit quickly responded to my concern and replaced the item in a timely manner. Now Im happy to get back to my usual routine! It's a low cost, low time consuming item and it doesn't take up space like a treadmill. I use it regularly so it doesn't collect dust. Lol. Money well spent!

My rocker came to me with a cracked foot pedal- they quickly sent a replacement and when I found that my bands didn't ship- they quickly sent them to me. Great communication throughout the process. I am now learning how not to turn when I use it! I am happy with my purchase.
