Great product fast shipping only problem it did not come with the dvd videos or training guide nor a link to them nor did I receive the 40.00 gift card or code for that either.

Had a great experience with Lhanel and love the product.

Can’t wait to use the videos still waiting on the socks takes a while to get your product

I love my pilates board! After seeing ads for quite some time, I decided to give it a shot & I'm happy I did! The board is good quality for the price you are paying & they throw in a bunch of fun free gifts to top it off which is always nice. I will say, the board I received was not the board that I saw in the ad (and the one I thought I was getting). There were a few differences: the handles for the resistance bands did not double as push up handles (and there were no slots for push up handles); additionally, with the board I received, you cannot hook both resistance handles to one side (this was possible on the board in the ad); lastly, there was a free phone holder advertised that I also did not receive. I reached out to customer service & they were very quick to respond. They explained that I had actually received the upgraded version of the board & that they were no longer selling the one that was in the ad/on their site at the time. I was super disappointed and expressed it. They offered to give me a discount on my order or send me one of the "old boards" if I really wanted it (but warned that the board I have is better). I opted to have the old board sent because I really wanted to be able to attach both resistance bands on the same side for certain exercises as well as the push up handles. They sent me the "old" board & it arrived very quickly. The rep was 100% right --- the first board I received is indeed far superior. The "old" board catches at the crease where it folds when sliding back & forth which is unbelievably annoying. The foam pads/handles for the sliders are also visibly and tangibly cheaper -- the new board is much sturdier, does not catch when sliding & is made from better materials all around. Even the stopwatch/timer with the "old" board was visibly/tangibly cheaper and poorly made. That being said, I am still happy to have both --- I use the "old" board when I want/need the bands on the same side and if I am using the push up handles and the new board for everything else. When they designed the new board, I wish they would have kept the hooks/ability to attach both resistance handles on the same side and also the "convertible" push up handles (note: it would be amazing if those handles were also foam vs hard plastic). All-in-all I am very happy with my purchase & would recommend this board to anyone who is thinking of giving it a try. The workouts can be quite tough --- KILLER CORE!!! I also love that it helps ensure you are really working your muscles -- there is no cheating with this thing!! There are tons of workouts on YouTube to try out and the board itself comes with a few as well.

The product shipped quickly it is not very smooth, but hopefully in time that will improve. It is not as sturdy as I was hoping for.

The experience was great because I received a great product and I have already started utilizing it. I didn’t receive the gift card as part of original order which the company had no issue with making sure I received the rest of my order very pleased. Look forward to seeing my results from the product.

It a great over all body work out.:)

the entire experience went well from the purchase to the support team. I really love this product and I'm actually blown away with how good this workout really is. however , the reformer itself is a bit over priced in my opinion. when I first opened it, it didn't lay flush together where the seam is, then I put it on a yoga mat and it was better but it catches slightly if not enough pressure is applied when using the machine. overall I am happy with this purchase and everything it came with. it is a portable, plastic, at home reformer; with that said, it's great for its purpose.
