Great customer service - helped resolve and answer question quickly. Exercises are easy to follow and have been enjoying using it all so far!

Customer service was great! I received my order please than a week. Was missing my gift card less that 24 hrs they sent me a code through email for me to use. Didn't have to wait for code to activate qa able to use on my next purchase with no issues.

The equipment is sturdy & the customer service is really good. Great experience!

This board is FANTASTIC!!! The shipping speed is wonderful, the prompt communication from this company is exceptionally great. Though I have no yet seen a physical difference, I definitely feel it in my body and my muscles!

I am a 64 year old woman who is very out of shape. I have been using this pilates exercise board for about a week at the beginner level. I am not able to do everything yet but looking forward to working my way up. Also, excited to see my future results. I really like that it is foldable and easy to store. I highly recommend this.

The Pilates reform set is fantastic! It’s easy to store, easy to set up and I love it. I ordered the black one but to be honest it is more gray colored which I am still fine with. It has great resistance and really works my core. The yoga socks don’t fit me as I wear a size 10 woman’s shoe but it’s ok I have them to my daughter who can use them. Over all I love it, the gift card is a code not a physical card or package just know that because it was not clear and had a tracking label for it but when I contacted customer support they sent me the code which is the gift card. That part should be corrected as it adds confusion but customer support was fast and friendly thank you so much! For those of you just thinking about buying this stop thinking and get it you’ll love it.

I like the easy navigation of the Pilates board. I’m a first time user and I love it. In my 1st week I felt the change in my arms and tummy area. I highly recommend it for everyone over 45 and with busy schedules. Just 15min everyday you will feel and see the difference

Emails that I've sent were answered in a timely matter
