I received my order in a timely fashion, but did not receive my gift card. I sent a email to customer service in regards to the issue and received a quick response and my issue was resolved! I also love my work out equipment and can’t wait to see the results!!

It was very easy to order. I received it the other day. It is made of very high quality. Haven't got to use it a lot yet because I had to have surgery the day after I received it. But I am sure it will workout well. I tried it for a little while the day I received it. Customer service is also awesome too with all questions or concerns.

Before making a great decision to buy LHanelFit Reformer Pilates packages OVER others, I had a lot of questions. Although, I prefer to call, they had made the experience to email and get answers within 24 hours very easy , even on the weekends! Their service so far has been hassle free and prompt. I rarely order online and worry about scams. They are not a scam! Great product and videos to help at all levels. My package arrived beat up and cracked because I heard the delivery person thow it on the ground! I simply took pictures and sent it to them immediately and they were no hassle and very understanding. The immediate response was to apologize and replace it. They are shipping me a new one with extra care packaging. I'm so excited begin my first time journey in Pilates! Thank you LHanelFit.

I absolutely love my new Lhanel reformer. It addresses every area of your body. I actually feel like I had a complete workout each time. I have never sweat so much in my previous workouts and immediately felt it. I'm one that needed pushing in order to work out, not with this, so many ways to work out that I don't mind at all and actually look forward to it. Oh by the way, I cancelled my pilates membership because now I can do it whenever and wherever I want. It's so portable. I bought one for my daughter and now my friends are noticing and want one to purchase one as well. Finally something that actually shows results!!

Ilove that it was already put together when it came it's so well made I love that it targets every part of the body and they give you video to workout with. They really take the excuse out of it. So you really have no excuse to workout no matter where you are in the fitness world like me l'm a beginner beginner I'm looking forward to seeing my results

I finally got my reform board in, and I LOVE IT!! I did my first beginner workout and I am feeling it bad in my legs. No more money on gyms. This is a great investment if you're looking to get a nice, more controlled type of workout in your own space. I am buying my sister a board and she is also super excited to receive hers!!! 5 stars!
