LhanelReviews of lhanel.co

I love the rock stepper I got from Lhanel a few months ago and I use it all the time. A couple of weeks ago, one of the rubber pieces broke that helps control the tension. I contacted them to see if there was anything they could do about it and in exactly 1 week, I had a brand new rock stepper! It is so nice to do business with a company that truly stands behind their product.

I enjoy using the Rockstepper and the customer service is great! My rocker broke after the 30 day return window and the company was kind enough to still replace it. I appreciate the oppurtunity to continue seeing if the rockstepper will help me build back my glutes after an injury! Thank you!

First of all, this is my new obsession and I absolutely love this compact, small space friendly apparatus. And it's fun! Genuinely enjoy using it. But beyond the product itself, the real star is the customer service of this company. So kind and supportive and super responsive. Five stars on that alone!

Soon after I received my Rock Stepper, I discovered a small manufacturing flaw. I reached out to the company, and after a quick, straightforward investigation and purchase confirmation, they sent me a new one! No hassle, no need to ship back the flawed unit. They were great. I'm looking forward to using this product.

Lhanel rock stopper has been an amazing way to start my day. The support team of Lhanel has been so helpful, responsive and generous with me. I have truly enjoyed regaining my balance, as well as strengthening my legs, glutes and circulation. I HIGHLY recommend it. When it first arrived there is a smell that fades when left near a window with natural sunlight. It glides smoothly and is easy on my sensitive joints. Thanks for such an awesome product!!! =D

This is a great product if you're looking to get a quick, easy workout in. While I enjoy workout videos on other platforms, I can do this while working, while watching TV, or while watching my kids play. If you want an extra boost, squat while you step. I had an issue with the machine after the warranty expired, and they STILL helped me out. 10/10 on customer service too. I'd highly recommend it!

Very nice and easy to work with. My original rock stepper's bands snapped. I asked if they could send replacement bands but they ended up replacing the whole thing. Thank you so much. Im very happy with the service and the product.

The customer service team is very responsive. I had an issue with my rock stepper and they worked with me to resolve it.
