The reformer is light weight but efficient. I really enjoy working out on this machine in the comfort of my home. It’s easy to assemble and very helpful for me.

This is a full body workout!! Take it easy because you will feel it the next days!! Your whole body will snap crackle and pop in a good way. Just laying on it an using the resistance to stretch for your back, it will be the best relief of your life. Don't get me started on the mountain climbers, it's the best stretch your lower back. I am sore but in a good way. It's only been 5 days working on this machine and I can already see the toning of my inner thighs

I am new to Pilates and am so impressed with this Compact Reformer! Grateful there are videos to get started to figure out what will work best in the beginning. My whole family is intrigued and as soon as I figure the basic workout, plan on teaching them too! Also, the customer service model at this company is hands down one of the most responsive, comprehensive team I've ever worked with - thank you all around for creating an at home system that seems to deliver exactly as it specs :-)

Missing black waist band and 1 pilates shoe. Send me a $25 gift certificate. Don’t know date missing received box and didn’t open for a while

I am new to this type of exercise and this training board has made it easy for me to use. It is functional and lightweight so I can easily move it to where I want to work out I can feel the workout in my core, which is where I need the strength

Rapid turnaround time of resolution

I received my reformer and noticed it was different from the picture. I inquired about it, and immediately received a response as to why it was different. Also I ordered a piece I didn't need, and I will be receiving a refund. The machine is awesome, just what I needed!

Excellent and approachable workout equipment that is easy to use and move around which is great as a small woman with limited apartment space! I love how aesthetic it is and how much time I have back now that I get most of my workouts done at home. Recommend trying this out! Never did Pilates before but now I’ve been converted!
