Not only was it easy to select and order the part I was looking for, a driver's side mirror case for my ES 350, but the overall shopping experience and delivery was prompt and easy. The part was safely and securely packaged, and once I finally installed it, it perfectly matched my car.

Shipping was $20 which i though was reasonable to Toronto. I was charged $46 for duties and taxes on a $150 part. It would have been cheaper had i bought part from Lexus dealer. The fine print says duties, taxes and additional freight charges MAY be extra. In my view they lowballed the shipping knowing full well that i'd be charged more by Fedex at the border.

The site was just ,no nonsense.
