BEWARE! This may not be a legitimate site. I tried to order a simple set of floor mats for my RX350L, sent to a mailbox place up the street where I've rented a box for years, since I'm rarely home during the day to receive packages. The site comes back with "we don't ship to freight forwarding companies", use PAYPAL to place your order" and then has what appears to be some link to PayPal. WHAT? Freight Forwarding? Amazon sends packages several times a week to my mailing address, as does every other business I've bought anything from in recent years. PayPal? You have to be kidding me. How does paying through PayPal suddenly make my shipping address OK? I'm guessing some scammer is intercepting the orders and routing the payment to themselves through PayPal, or maybe this website has just been hijacked. I really have no idea what is going on here. I wound up giving up and ordering the floor mats from someone on eBay. :(

We’re sorry for the frustration you experienced while trying to place your order. We want to assure you that we are a legitimate business and take security measures to protect both our customers and our transactions. Our system automatically flags certain addresses that may be linked to freight-forwarding services, which can sometimes lead to issues with shipping restrictions. While we understand that your mailbox has been a reliable shipping address for other companies, our policy is in place to help prevent fraudulent transactions. Regarding PayPal, we sometimes recommend it as an alternative payment method because it offers an added layer of verification and security, helping ensure a smooth transaction for both the buyer and the seller. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused and appreciate your feedback.
