The part was good & came on time .

You had what I needed, and at a good price

Be Careful!! The image online showed that there would be 10 pieces in the package. I only received 1 piece. I called them to get the rest of the pieces I ordered and they said it was just 1 piece. They said the image with 10 pieces was just a "stock" image. No where in the description does it specify the quantity. I explained that this was misleading and the representative agreed but basically said that is just the way it is and I would need to place another order for the quantity I need. So be careful. I did not get what I thought I purchase and despite agreeing with me about it being misleading, they did nothing to help.

I found parts easily that matched my Lexus year/model, offered at less than the Dealer which is more pricey in most cases.

Always the best price and fast shipping, I cant take a chance with Made in China replacement pars.

Past orders, customer service and price

Compared to my local dealership the prices for the items I got were going to be over $400 I eded up getting what I needed for $200 & some change. Items arrived packaged properly.

Everything was great
