LexusPartsNow.comReviews of lexuspartsnow.com

I recently ordered two parts from LexusPartsNow and was very impressed with the entire experience. The ordering process was smooth and straightforward, and my parts arrived quickly. Both items were packaged extremely well—secure and protective—so there was no concern about damage during shipping. The quality of the parts themselves was top-notch, exactly what I needed and a perfect fit for my vehicle. It’s clear LexusPartsNow takes pride in ensuring customers receive genuine, reliable components. Overall, I couldn’t be more satisfied. Great service, quality parts, and careful packaging—I’ll definitely be ordering from LexusPartsNow again in the future.

Beware!!! When you buy parts, some items will arrive in blind pouch and when you open to see it, you cannot return it. They refused to accept the return because you opened the pouch. How will you check the item in blind pouch if not opening it??? Now, if the part is incorrect, you cannot return it. You ended up wasting your money. Do not get tricked. They blocked you in their email so you cannot send them asking to return and refund :(( not customer friendly

Good parts and services

It took 6 days for them to ship an AC hose and then 5 more days for it to arrive.

I recently ordered a pair of window channel strips for the rear doors of my 2008 Lexus ES 350. The parts list was fairly easy to use , the price was easily 1/3 of dealer cost, and shipping was much faster than I expected. The parts arrived safely as they were well packaged, and exactly as advertised. I will definitely use Lexus Parts Now again in the future, for both my older vehicles. Thank you so much for the Great products and service !

Terribly rude customer service not able to correct a mistake they made,

Simple process

Shipped with postage due because of misusing a flat rate box. Spoke with customer service manager. Manager E. said the didn't have a policy for shipper errors so there was nothing they could do. Pressed for clarification that was really their position. He said yes.
