Messed up shipping.I gave them correct address. when the item was returned to sender as undeliverable they charged me for shipping plus 20% restocking fee. I just need the part and they refused to ship it back to me. Agents on the phone were hard to understand as they spoke broken English.

I ordered the incorrect part due partially to poor details on their website including descriptions and schematics that were difficult to understand. But I did place an incorrect order. Once received they made it extremely difficult to get the return completed requireing numerous and repetitive questions including multiple photos before they would move the process forward. Finally it cost me over $150 in return shipping for a $280 part and they offered no assistance. Final insult, a 20% restocking fee. I spent over $200 and have absolutely nothing to show for it other than the knowledge to never deal with LexusPartsNow again.

Would not accept a return because it was ordered from Canada - even though we offered to cover the cost of return shipping. Showed lack of empathy in a firm tone - citing their policy - with no rationale provided as to why they would not accept returns for orders shipped internationally. Unbelievably poor customer service. BUYER BEWARE
