Parts fit great

I ordered a transmitter key for my 1994 lexus. I received a non transmitter key and it was just thrown in a plan envelope, no wrapping or anything just the wrong. I did a RMA request and they came back with all these request for a pictures of the envelope, shipping label and the product and it's wrapping. That's the problem it was just a key thrown in a envelope. I tried to explain this to them three times until they finally said they can't help unless I send them a copy of the keys package that was inside the envelope, which was impossible because there wasn't one. I called to talk with an RMA manager, and he was very rude but said ok just watch you email. So I receive an email that say you can't return electronic parts. That's the problem it was a plan key with nothing electronic in it. I called back to speak with an RMA manager and the person who answered the phone said they were a RMA manager and once I started explaining it in a very stern voice because she was very rude, she hung up on me. I call back and asked why did she hangup on me and was she really a manager and of course she denied it. So I talked with another RMA manager and if you can believe this see said she'll make an exception. You send me the wrong part and you'll make an to take it back? She did send me an RMA approval but the problem is they're going to charge me a 20% restocking fee for something that was your error. I have pay and send it back and get charged a 20%restocking fee for you error. The key was only about $30 so with shipping and 20% restocking, it's not worth it. I will be sending this to the BBB because they need to make me whole. A side note, and if you look at their web site, it only show 5 star reviews which show you are hiding something because no one get all 5 star reviews. I wish I had found this before I purchased. I'm also sure they'll respond with the standard, we'll learn from our errors.

I ordered a pair of sway bar end links and they were received in a timely manner. It's only when you try to return a part they give you problems. Unlike RockAuto, you have to get your own non-discounted label. They they take a 20% restocking fee even if the parts were never opened. I shipped the parts back September 29th, and was delivered October 1st as confirmed by Fedex. I've now called multiple times and it's been 19 days (almost 3 weeks). I've been told each week, "you'll be receiving an interview by the end of the day regarding your return". It's now week #3 and "the dealership" has not said anything about the return.

I did not get the part I ordered and paid for. Trying to get this resolved was a nightmare. They kept hanging up on me and kept saying they didn’t get my emails. Then after I disputed the charges they sent an email saying they received my emails. Then they said they will processed the returns but at my expense. I cut my loss. I’ll never do business with them again. Terrible.

Wasn't sure what wood ruff key I needed but the price made it irrelevant, I ordered both sets. I received the perfect set for my car that allowed me to finish my project. The only downside to the transaction was the cost of shipping, but it was not a deal breaker.

I got what I expected in a reasonable time. Getting part numbers can be a bit difficult.
