I bought gas struts for my hatchback and they don’t work properly. They don’t even have enough power to fully open the door. My old ones were better. I sent them an email with my concerns but got no response.

everything was great. i think the parts box and parts should put into another box like rockauto.com does. one of the bigger part's box was partial open. i know that was main mainly the shipping company's fault.

Product was exactly as presented. I had tried parts from four different sources and all said they functioned. Only this part plugged in and worked. Fast delivery.

Parts was easy to order and always updating you on when your parts will be delivered.

My part was delivered with no packaging and a piece was broken.
