Correct parts were delivered on time as promised. Pricing was better than my local dealer.

Fast shipping, Good communication

Great service and no issue with the replacement part. Everything went exceptionally well from the order process to receiving the parts. Will use Lexus Parts in the future. Thanks.

The parts arrived quickly, and the ordering process was simple and hassle-free. The prices were very fair, especially compared to the dealership. I’ll definitely be ordering my parts from here from now on.

Thermostat arrived without the rubber gasket as shown in your photo. The photo clearly shows the gasket on the thermostat. I called and was told to send a picture of the missing part . Like that is possible. Anyway y’all wanted me to jump through hoops for a 6 dollar part. I decided screw it and bought a gasket from Oriellys.

Welcomed, fast, and comfortable services!

Package arrived as expected, my new floor mats for my 2014 Lexus GS350 were flawless. Price was better than I could get on eBay. Great overall experience.
