This comment is in regard to the Las Vegas Branch on Sahara ave. and specifically with the service consultant Mr. Henry Montoya. I brought my Lexus in for a coolant flush, but upon inspection, Mr. Montoya discovered that the service had been done previously when they replaced the water pump several months back, and was not needed at this time. His honesty is so appreciated and refreshing in a environment that charges for services that are not needed. I hope the Lexus higher-ups don’t consider this man a liability to the rapacious goals of a typical dealership. Please commend this individual.
