Order took a little longer to ship, but the jacket is on point

I bought a women's leather jacket size M, when I received it size M jacket had size L sleeves that were sown in unevenly, one sleeve was was way higher than the other. I took photos of it contacted customer service and received a reply that's shared below. After which I sent another 14 inquiries requesting an update. They kept answering we will get back to you later, please be patient, dragging time until the last email that they couldn't refund any longer due now too many days passed from the return policy. I think they are the worst customer service I had yet had to encounter. Simply liars and crooks. I warn you not to choose them as they wouldn't take care of the damaged items! "The quality and manufacturing department held a meeting for this particular issue and hence the response got delayed (God knows what they talk about). So, they say that you need to use the jacket for about 2 weeks and the issue will go away as it is most probably because of the the wrong packing methodology used. However, if it doesn't settle, just email us and we will send you a new jacket without any additional cost."
