The jacket I ordered was a gift. The shipping was slow and when the jacket arrived, it was completely different than the photos and description. After having to prove it was wrong by taking and uploading photos, the company finally resent the proper jacket but way way after the birthday gift should have been delivered. The proper jacket looked good when it finally came but for me, if I had to do it again, I’d pay a little more to get something made right and delivered on time.

Don't bother to call or text them with a problem concerning your order because they don't return correspondences. Still no response to my two emails and two phone calls. Size chart is wrong, order at least one size bigger. Too bad because the quality of the leather jacket was actually pretty good.

Outstanding product; horrible coat size. I had to go through a nut roll to get the product sent to them and returned to me correct. The product is great, the customer support is horrible. If they are going to sell products in the USA they need a branch located in the USA. Get the size right...the product will sell!

Hello Lexther, I ordered a black and red biker jacket. The leather in your advertising photo is much thicker, better quality than the thin leather I received. Your advertising photo also shows good quality thick, heavy zippers on the jacket, the actual jacket I received has very thin cheap zippers, they are not the same as your ad photo. The main central zipper also sticks at the bottom.

I loved the jacket when I received it except for it was the wrong size and I’m still waiting for the right one.

The jacket smells good. Feels good, and looks ok, but is extremely thin leather and would not be recommended for a motorcycle. This is a style jacket, not a motorcycle jacket as I hoped. Also it is not at all distressed. It looks new, but someone made the white part dirty and they made a few marks on I by whipping it with something. A half ass attempt at an actual distressed look. It fits ok, but it's slightly short in the arms and HUGE in the belly. I'm a thin tall man and I'll need to have this large taken in at the waist, yet the shoulders are tight and the arm length is short. It's a large. Why do clothing manufacturers think all Americans have beer bellies? I don't. I could fit a basketball in my stomach area and still zip it up.

I'm usually A size 3XL/3XT and I ordered a size larger. But once it arrived and I tried it on it was the size of a 2XL. SO I contacted you and was packing it back up when one of your management team offered me a larger size at no extra cost. They said they would send me a size chart when they received they're merchandise back. Otherwise they were courteous and accommodating

Too long to get, had to pay shipping to return because it was too small, took almost a month to receive a refund, then they tried to charge me a restocking fee. The jacket was actually nice, but will never order again due to the other stuff listed above.
