The bag looks great and shipping was fast once it actually did ship. Only complaint was waiting in limbo knowing my order was ligit.

Hello, I never received an order confirmation nor an order tracking number upon ordering. It took three email attempts to get acknowledgement of the situation. Very much like the products. Simply want visibility to what's happening. David
