Please work on background noise from the room and white noise on the hold machine. These are irritating factors especially for your hard of hearing clients.These should be somewhat easily solved I would think.

I started with Lexington Law back in September, about 7 months ago, with 8 negative things on my report dragging me down. One particularly ornery company overcharged me, was rude to me, and kept charging me monthly thereafter, raising my balance and demanding payment despite the fact I was no longer a customer and I was bill too much in the first place. This started a landslide in my credit rating and finances. Lexington Law kept up with the reports and changes, as well as sending challenges and keeping me apprised of the process. Through numerous calls to ask questions, seek advice or notify LL of changes and notices on my end, I spoke with numerous legal aides and as I recollect, nobody more than once. Still, each rep was informative, knowledgeable, likeable, patient and caring of my situation, especially when stress pushed me to make the call. In baseball terms, LL was batting 1.000 and when I was down to my last item after today, I'd say the company hit it out of the park.

It is so assuring to know that professionals are working on my husband's and my credit and that this is well money spent thank you Lexington Law.
