To clarify, Lexington Law operates on a month-to-month basis and does not charge upfront fees for future services. The CFPB matter involved changes to the Telemarketing Sales Rule, which affected how enrollment services could be offered. As a result, all new enrollments are now completed online, and we no longer offer phone support for enrollment. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify these details.
