Lexington LawReviews of lexingtonlaw.com

i tried them out because i thought they would be very affordable. ...but 11 months of $100 a month just had me spinning my wheels. in all that time 1 item was deleted and it came back 3 months later!!!! I was trying to buy a home and my time was running short. I couldnt wait any longer so my realtor sent me to mm management group. Problem solved in 3 months. smh. never again will i waist as mush time and money as i did with lexington law.

I feel scammed by the manner this company does business. Fails to communicate after you sign up, and then refuses to cancel within the grace period without additionally charging. In my request to decline service. I was told I would be charged $122 regardless. This was not communicated. In fact the opposite was spoken, of no charge if called in by grace period. They push a sale and don't let you take the time to think about it no matter the amount of times you try to ask for time to consider. They lie and tell you there is a cancellation period to get you into the trap of reoccurring charges so you can never afford to even pay your debt. Don't waste your time or money. I am extremely disappointed in their unprofessional way of business

Scam, scam, scam....Trust me when I say this, it’s a scam! They had two credit mishaps “removed” from my account. One that was 8 years old and one credit card that I paid off after it went into collections. I had some late payments on my student loans, they said they would be able to remove, 3 years later, nothing was removed. SCAM!

I have requested my account to be closed several time because there was no work being done and has not been done in over 2 mnts. Finally I get someone on the phone again and they closed my account. She told be that there was a 100 fee and then my account was closed. I ask what the 100 was for and she couldn't even tell me. She tried to say it was for work done, however that's a lie because NO work has been done in over 2 mnts. But you can bet you sweet a&& they charged me. This company is all about taking someones money and not helping them AT ALL!

There is a "rumor" that Lexington Law offers "dedicated paralegals who will follow your case". Not sure where this is coming from but I've seen it on several revue sites. As an actual customer who thought this would be the case when I signed up, please be aware- not only is this not accurate, but the reality is that the odds of your getting the same person twice, even if you BEG for them are almost non-existent. And don't count on any one person being able to follow what the last person did in your account - even if they're a supervisor - OR work in escalations. Speaking of escalations - it will often take more than a week for a response from them, if you get one at all. The truth is, I should have known better than to work with a company that doesn't list itself with the BBB and has a list of complaints a mile long against them. This is the part I have to accept responsibility for.. spending 6 months paying to be in their top tier. These guys will take every dime you're willing to send their way and pretend they're continuing to work hard on your behalf while in reality the sum total of their effort consists of sending an initial round of "fill in the blank" form letters to credit bureaus and creditors on your behalf (and a second round if you harass them to do so). Please learn from my mistake and spend your hard-earned money elsewhere.

this company is not helpful, they take around 10 months and do nothing but waste your time, i asked to remove 2 items from my credit history and they couldn't even do that and made it worse its a scam save your money and purchase services from someone else
