As a Talent Acquisition Manager implementing Lever our first ever ATS for our organization, I've been very impressed with the intuitive design of Lever. For us, the most powerful aspects have been its user-friendly interface, extensive customization capabilities, and reporting functionality. Ease of Use Lever's intuitive design has significantly eased the daily tasks of managing our talent acquisition pipeline, especially scheduling. The user-friendly interface has made it straightforward for our team to navigate and collaborate, share notes and feedback across departments, and there's been very minimal internal troubleshooting or the need for extensive training. Customization The ability to customize workflows, interview stages, and job postings within Lever has allowed us to tailor the platform to our unique hiring needs. We have very distinct groups of candidates that we work with, and operate across the United States, and I've been impressed by how the platform can be tailored to the specific needs of our team. Reporting Lever's reporting features have been instrumental in enhancing our data-driven decision-making. The platform provides a range of pre-built reports, and the option to create custom reports has allowed us to analyze key performance indicators specific to our recruitment goals. Real-time reporting keeps us informed about ongoing processes, aiding in identifying areas for improvement and optimizing our overall hiring strategy. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, I highly recommend Lever to any organization seeking a practical and adaptable solution for their recruitment needs.

We recently integrated Lever from a previous ATS and not only was Tom M (the amazing Lever Implementation specialist) just diligent in helping us every step of the way, but he was also able to help us customize Lever for our company structure needs and answered a million and two questions from us along the way. The user interface is great, you can integrate so many things and for us, it helped streamline recruiting efforts across the board and will now allow us to track metrics and overall recruiting efforts for our partners and our corporate team. One of our biggest wish list items was a system that not only would help us integrate different recruiting and onboarding processes for a more streamlined applicant journey, but also one that looked great and was easy to use. Lever had it all and the feedback we have received on it since implementing has been great! Lever helps us feel empowered to make changes as needed in the platform easily without getting lost in admin menus and various settings configurations that are so hard to replicate. It’s simple yet sleek and is honestly refreshing coming from our previous ATS. On top of all this, they have a wonderful team from implementation to support should we need to reach out on something. Lever is amazing! It's such a step up from our previous applicant tracking system. The flexibility and customization options are incredible helpful. Sabrina was super helpful as an implementation specialist.

Although the software is a great tool, what made the experience exceptional was the well thought out guidance and availability that our representative Tom Marino gave us. With out him, I don't think we would be at the level of ability and satisfaction with the software as we currently are. Thanks again Tom and Lever. Well done.
