Tom was great throughout the entire training process. He was responsive and a pleasure to work with! He was always willing to troubleshoot to help us maximize Lever's resources, especially in my area of campus engagement and students.

We have just started using Lever but our implementation was so easy (even with the move from a different ATS). We love the reporting functionality and the user interface. It's much cleaner than our previous product and we already love working within the system. Huge shoutout to our Implementation Manager who really guided us along the way and was awesome to work with!

This review is specific to our implementation lead, Tom Marino. I have gone through many implementations throughout my career and could say without a doubt Tom has made this the easiest! He is attentive, professional, supportive, and an expert at what he does.

Working with Tom - he is extremely thorough, responsive, and made this a seamless process for us. We couldn't have gotten through the implementation without him!

Tom Marino was amazing in helping us implement the system! We had a great purchase process and it was easy to implement from start to finish. Now I love using it every day - there are so many efficiencies with the system! The reporting is great and the candidate and recruiter experience is top notch.

3. With our old process, the problem we ran into was that it was hard to collaborate with each other . As we scaled, we knew we needed a new solution and Lever was an easy choice. I've never seen the team so responsive and thorough in their use of an ATS before. If you want a seamless process and architecture that even your developers will appreciate, without spending a fortune, Lever is by far the best option. Major shoutout to Sabrina Baron. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout our implementation.

We recently adopted Lever as our new ATS. At the beginning of our ATS search, we went through several demos with other systems, but Lever was the obvious choice for us right from the beginning. Not only did the system offer everything we needed from a new ATS, the customer service at Lever was top notch. Tom Marino was our Implementation Specialist. In my 14-15+ years, I can hands-down say that I have never received such exceptional customer service and support like I did with Tom. Tom not only is a Lever subject matter expert, but he is passionate about what he does and it shines through in every conversation. His response time is unmatched. I cannot say enough great things about Lever, and more specifically Tom. Thanks for such a great product, with great support! I highly recommend Lever to anyone looking for a new ASTS.
