LeverReviews of lever.co

I have to schedule complicated interview days and Lever makes this a breeze. I can see everything all in one place and I don't have to jump between applications. I can see all the interviewer's schedules, drag and drop interviewers to different interviews, and the start times for the interviews auto adjust based on when the last interview ends. I would rate this a 5, but I think the bulk import of resumes is still a little buggy, it would be nice to have keyboard shortcuts to navigate through the web app, and while Lever will save drafts of interviews you are trying to schedule, it doesn't save your event titles for your interviews and that can be a pain when you need to reschedule an interview and retype all of the event titles. Regardless, I think this is the best ATS out there for the money.

I finally have a way to get hiring mangers involved in the recruitment process and it has streamlined the candidate and manager experience. Also, the customer service experience during the implementation has been outstanding. I am still working on getting it to integrate with my other systems, but it's really been meeting our needs so far!

Excellent software, built be folks who understand the nuances of recruiting and the value of both the candidate experience as well as the impact of using prospecting automation for passive talent pools. The only reason I'm not rating Lever at 5 stars if because the scheduling tool is still not where it needs to be. Overall an excellent way to maximize your recruiting efforts with a smart ATS.

Lever excels in storing loads of information in a centralized platform. Very easy to navigate through and between candidate profiles. Lever has a social media-like feel to the layout which made it easy to assimilate during our company wide launch.

Lever has been great for us! It gives us a simple and clear picture of our recruiting progress and where we need to improve. There are a few additional features that we wish were a part of in Lever but we have communicated that to the Lever team, who either echoed the sentiment or helped us come up with a work-around.

Lever has been a great partner and takes great pride in helping our Talent Acquisition team achieve success.

LEVER has great functionality. I think that it's taken longer on my side to adapt how I do work in LEVER all day than any functionality being unfit for use. It's more that I am under-utilizing the tool. For example on a specific search that I started sourcing in LinkedIn, I had to hit my groove to Link the profile in LEVER then send the InMail in order to get the stats. Linking that all to a tagged req, all small tweaks to my business processes that could of and should have happened earlier. I haven't had as much support on the business side for NURTURE. We're working on that. All in all - I think it's deceptively intuitive because unless you change how YOU work, it won't work to its full advantage.

We switched over to Lever recently and have yet to be disappointed. It's full of capabilities, not to mention very user friendly and the support staff is great. It currently doesn't have all the functions we'd like, but they let us know our needs have been voiced to their employees. We'd highly recommend this ATS!
