LeverReviews of lever.co

Tom made our experience flawless. He was a great implementation specialist and project manager. We had tight timelines for launch and he helped us achieve what we needed to, at every step of the way. Lever's scheduling tool has made a massive difference to our manual intervention needs and it's seamless integration with Gsuite has been a game changer.

Ally and the team made the process smooth and seamless from our weekly meetings, and being fully available to answer any questions or concerns we had. Ally even offered to help with a team webinar to train our owners on the system. I highly recommend Lever to any company that is looking for a very user-friendly applicant tracking system. Our owners have adjusted very quickly, and even let us know that they like the new change and have seen a great volume of candidates coming in.

Implementation with Tom was seamless

Tom Marino was a great guide for our implementation and made everything very simple. Lever's functionality makes it a top ATS across the board for any size TA team.

Our journey with Lever's been nothing short of amazing! It's like they took all our hiring woes and turned them into a streamlined, efficient process. The best part is that Lever keeps all of our data in one place, making our workflows smoother and more organized. Plus, it's got features we didn't even know we needed until we had them! If there's one thing they could improve, it'd be user access customization. But overall, Lever has truly exceeded our expectations and made a positive impact on our day-to-day operations.

The platform allows team members to collaborate in real-time, providing feedback, rating candidates, and moving them through the hiring pipeline seamlessly. This level of transparency and collaboration has significantly improved our hiring decisions and reduced time-to-fill positions. Our implementation specialist, Tom, was pleasant and helpful along the way in the implementation process which is a bit daunting but the results are well worth the set up time. I recommend Lever ATS to any company serious about optimizing their recruitment strategy.

Tom's willingness to go above and beyond and answer all of our questions during our implementation (sometimes multiple times over) has made this a truly stress-free change for our organization. Grateful for him and his excellent customer service! Additionally, the tool is so customizable we've been able to make it work for all of our processes and not the other way around!

Tom Marino was fantastic to work with. We were working with on a condensed time frame and he made the implementation smooth and relatively easy. He was highly responsive whenever we had any questions and it was an enjoyable process. Would highly recommend working with Tom!
