I have been using Lever since May of 2014. When my company choose this new ATS it actually had fewer features available than all the awesome features now available! Over the last year, the Lever system has been greatly and steadily improving since my first interaction with it. The reporting feature in Lever was the main feature that sold Addepar on Lever. Here at Addepar we believe in data and using that data to make effective decisions, so being able to pull various recruiting data was a huge plus for us! Lever's user experience is quite simplistic, so much so that even the newest recruiting team member can start using the product immediately and need very little ramp up to become proficient. Lastly, I have worked with a few different team members at Lever, from the Founder Sarah, to Ciara our amazing account executive and Josh from the Product team. Each and every employee I've conversed with at Lever has been nothing but absolutely professional and helpful! I have never hesitated to reach out to the Lever team with questions or requests. And I know that each of my reach outs to the Lever team will be met with the phenomenal customer service. I cannot speak highly enough about the product or the Lever team!
