Lever's seamless GMail integration and flexible tagging and search systems make it the first Applicant Tracking System I've used that hasn't made me want to give up and cram everything into a spreadsheet. The support team are also responsive and friendly.

It's a great tool. Of course, the tool is only as good as the process behind it. But our growing tech company scaled from around 30 employees to over 100 in about 8 months. Lever was integral in saving time and getting the hiring committee's input for each role. It also helped us stay organized in active candidate sourcing and recruiting. Everyone is on the same page.
