Love Lever! Our account manager Andrew has been so helpful, always willing to jump on a call when needed to walk us through a new feature. The customer service is really amazing and the tool itself is very user friendly!

I have used Lever for 4 years and I LOVE IT. It only gets better every year, and I wouldn't trust any other service with my ATS needs.

Lever is a great ATS platform for many reasons. It's user friendly, intuitive, and streamlines the recruiting process from application to hire. Our transition from our former ATS to Lever was surprisingly very simple. When it came to building out our company's processes, templates, workflows, etc. the system is straight forward and easy to use. Lever's customer service is responsive and helpful. I never felt like I was left "alone" to figure the system out for myself. Now that we are up and running, I still have a relationship manager who is very responsive and helpful. Not only is he there for the day-to-day questions, but he's willing to collaborate on issues we encounter and listen to suggestions on ways to improve the system going forward. He's creative and a problem solver!

As a former user of Jobvite and most recently ICIMS. My outlook on ATSs before was that they all were the lesser of evils. Most solutions solve a few pain points but leaves you wanting so much more. From Day 1 Lever has changed that POV for me :) Super intuitive UI, very personable sales folks, amazing post sales support, integrations w/LinkedIn & Gmail, reasonable pricing. The only short coming that I would bet they have on their road map is some additional visualization of their super robust built in reporting. Overall though, 10/10. Best ATS I have worked with yet. For context, we were looking at Greenhouse and Lever and just found that Lever stood out as a better fit in every way.

As a Recruiter, I've seen my fair share of recruiting tools, and none has been able to "wow" me like Lever has! It has truly changed the way I reach out and follow up with candidates. We have been able to respond in a timely manner and move candidates through the pipelines at unprecedented rate hitting hiring goals for the team! Not only is the team satisfied with the rate of hire and candidate pipeline, but we have had great feedback from applicants who felt the interview process had gone quickly and smoothly and we can attest that Lever really set us up to succeed in that aspect. From the automated template responses to the easy scheduling processes, Lever has truly transformed the way we hire!

Lever is easy to learn, easy to use and has helped improve our hiring process. The best things about Lever: *Our Account Manager Chelsea has been amazing *The @ feature is great to share candidate profiles with hiring managers *The LinkedIn Chrome extension The frustrations about Lever: *The calendar sync doesn't work perfectly with Outlook - can't view calendars, doesn't send reminders, etc.

We have been using Lever for a couple of months now and are very happy with the product. The product itself is mature enough to make it a great ATS, and the new product features continue to make it among (if not the) best ATS going. The biggest pro's that we have seen is improved candidate experience, hiring manager engagement, and efficiency moving people though our interview process. I have not seen any ATS to be a true sourcing tool, but they do have an excellent plug in that makes importing candidates super easy. I highly recommend Lever.

Clear Capital has been using Lever for over a year since they launched their beta version. We are technology oriented company trying to stay on the bleeding edge of technology and we also build SaaS platform applications with a huge focus on design driven development. We relate to Lever because of its crisp and clean desing. It is very functional and gets stuff done. We love the ability it provides us to collaborate with our hiring stakeholders and the integration with our Google Apps environment is wonderful. Coming from the world of Taleo, iCIMS, SuccessFactors and JobVite, I could not see myself going back. Great job Lever!
