Lever is a strong ATS and crm. we are enjoying it very much. the support staff is solid! our dedicated support specialist is so so available to us. feels like a partner vs a vendor... There are some overt failures (at the moment) with the platform. For example, there is no video conferencing integration (no Google Hangout links) can be added to the Easy Book Links functionality in Lever, which effectively makes the feature obsolete... unless you send 2 invites to the same person for the same event (at different times). Crazy right?! The first invite will schedule the interview and then you must cancel the scheduled event (interview)...then resend another calendar request, but this time with an externally created google hangout link. this is so unbelievably redundant that it makes me mad :/ Once this and some other features are updated.... will be a much happier (at more effective) camper...

Having past experience from using Lever, I knew it was my go-to ATS when I started my own recruitment company. Although not originally intended for external recruitment agencies, I find it to be a useful tool for our work as well – as a result we might not use all the features (e.g. the agency platform), but for all intents and purposes it's the best tool I've found. Customer service has been great, the only downside being that as there's no local support in Europe, we usually have to wait until the next day to get a reply. Not a big issue, but worth noting anyway. If you want to customize the recruitment pipeline steps and archive reasons you can't do it yourself, so in that sense it's not the fastest tool to modify on the go. Still, it's a great tool overall!

Great service

We're about 85% through our implementation with Lever and we've had an extremely positive experience. Monika has been great to deal with and provided us with guidance and expertise as required. Very excited to see how this product will help support us in our talent acquisition efforts.

We are a small to medium sized Australian tech company and we recently implemented Lever. I could not praise Monika our Implementation Specialist enough for all the help she gave us throughout the implementation. As Lever is a US company Monika was on a different time zone to Australia but was always there to help no matter what time of day it was. Lever itself is a fantastic ATS, their API is robust so it integrates with lots of other tools. It is a simple system to use with good UX. The only con I would have is that it is focused on the US market more so than Australia.

Lever has solved a lot of problems for us. It's a very collaborative tool that allows hiring managers visibility in to the entire recruiting and hiring process. The integrations are great! The Chrome, Google, and Slack integrations make scheduling and follow up with hiring managers so seamless. The UI is very easy to navigate and with Lever nurture it helps to avoid the "black hole" of candidate management. The support team is awesome too. The implementation team has worked closely with us to make sure we're up and running successfully, and is extremely timely with answering all of our questions. The one improvement I would suggest is the agency management feature. I understand they are working to improve that, however.

Makes hiring such a breeze. Our company was in a critical point of hyper growth and I cant imagine going through the hiring process without this tool. The only critiques I have include making changes to the engineering side of the tool making it easier for the user to easily access candidates within the pipeline.

We just implemented Lever around 2 months ago. It is a very good tool that makes our lifes much easier. It is a very good and flexible tool, easy to use and very user friendly. I would recommend it for everyone who needs a flexible and user friendly Recruitment tool.
