I implemented Lever at the small start-up where I work over about a month or maybe less. It was super easy to learn, very user-friendly. I found the help documentation to be very thorough and useful for when I got stuck on trying to figure the system out. My non-recruiter colleagues needed very little training on using the features that they need to use. The software engineers at my company were also impressed with how feature-heavy the product is and how well-designed it is. The implementation specialist that we were set up was great and his trainings were useful and very efficient, given how much info he had to cover. I love Lever, and I can't imagine going back to the clunky spreadsheet model I was using before!

We were looking for an ATS that could easily integrate with our new core HR platform. From integration to launch, Lever has exceeded our expectations with their exceptional customer support, updated documentation, tools and features, and stability. All of which is knit in a clean and modern interface, at a great price.

Lever is a fantastic platform, and has helped our team tremendously with making hiring decisions and streamlining our processes. Lever has a super intuitive design (pipeline visibility is very clear at a distance), it integrates well with our other platforms, and it's built to support recruiting at every stage of the process. I love the customizability of the feedback forms, and scheduling is super easy as well. I've also really appreciated the customer service and overall implementation support I've received with Lever; their team is super helpful and I've always had my questions answered quickly.

Amazing product, which brought our recruitment to a whole new level. I love the simplicity of the interface, the reporting, the automation and the nurture feature. Implementation was flawless, everything is so good explained and prepared. Our hiring managers love it as well.

If Lever is dogfooding their own product as I imagine they are, then it has definitely helped them to hire the best people for themselves. I suppose there is no better testament to how well their product works. From sales to implementation, we spoke only with highly motivated and competent team members who understood exactly what we wanted and what we were trying to do, even when we didn't fit the mold. There was almost no friction anywhere in the process. Whenever we ran into a problem or edge case, there was always someone on the other end to help and resolve the issue quickly. Our migration from Workable went smoothly and Lever has already become part of our daily workflow.

The UI is super intuitive. The learning period for comfortably navigating the system and time to value was minimal. This has been a great tool for our team and even better for our hiring managers who are loving the new system. Also, with our old ATS the problem we ran into was that our hiring managers weren't able to leave notes or feedback about their interviews in a central location. As we scaled we knew we needed a new solution and Lever was an easy choice.

Lever was extremely easy to implement. Everything from sales to implementation to usage was fast and easy. I love that the product is so intuitive and integrates into Google systems that we already use

Lever is easy to use and easy on the eyes. As the only recruiter at our company of 70, having Lever Nurture in my tool belt is a life saver. I've increased my efficiency and effectiveness already in just the first month. It's also very easy to schedule candidates and stay on top of our hiring process.
