I had a great implementation experience with Regi. We are still very new to the platform, but I've found it to be very user-friendly. I also really appreciate the report tools that are available, as our last ATS was missing that. I've used a lot of different systems (Salesforce, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Google Hire) and I've found Lever to be the most efficient so far.

I've used lever now in both a well-established recruiting team and a non-existent recruiting team at a startup. In both environments, Lever was able to meet our needs and our budget. For the well established team, Lever provided detailed reports, complicated interview panels, streamlined feedback, and made approvals more efficient. At the startup, Lever offered a template for how our interview process should run. We were able to move feedback from paper files to digital ones that are much easier to maintain for compliance purposes. It gave our leadership team a more comprehensive view of our pipeline and helped keep candidates organized so no one fell through the cracks. The sales, integration, and support teams were all very responsive and helpful. The platform is easy and intuitive to use and integrates with all major platforms including LinkedIn, AngelList, HackerRank, etc. making organization easy. For the price and ease of use, Lever is my recommended recruiting tool.

As an organization going from no ATS to Lever, I am completely blown away by the product, functionality and the ease of use! In addition, the implementation team (Amelia) has been amazing and guide me through every step of the process. We are looking forward to the Leverage Lever will give us on reporting and accountability to our Hiring Managers.

My experience with Lever from beginning to current has been beyond exceptional. With the initial proposal, I was provided with ample support and information to be able to have my leadership approve choosing Lever over all the other ATS platforms I researched. The engagement and service given to me during the implementation process was detailed, organized and flexible. The system streamlines my recruitment process to make our company more efficient and attractive to candidates. I am able to easily provide analytics with their reports and am able to be creative with creating hashtags for tracking. I am able to utilize articles and videos made by Lever to train my hiring managers in navigating their positions and pipeline. I have received nothing but positive feedback from my team. Lever has been open to any feedback I've given and have continued to provide any assistance I need. Specifically Spencer Gabriel and Regi Solvkjar have made my experience the best!

The system has certainly saved me a LOT of admin time, which I appreciate considering we hired 8 people last month and wouldn't have been able to do that otherwise (with an HR department of one). The system is intuitive and easy to set up, which made shifting from our old software and getting the team onboard easy to do.

We recently moved to Lever from Workable because we needed a more scalable option for our growing company. We have just begun to use the system but integration and the launch have gone very, very smoothly. Leadership is impressed with all of the feature and the nurture campaigns are super helpful and time-saving. I wish we would have found this earlier.
