Implementation did not take long at all and so a stress-free process! Working with Tom Marino was fantastic, he is so knowledgeable and service oriented. The product itself is easy to use and train others and the reporting functions are great.

We're absolutely loving Lever! It's made a world of difference in how we manage our recruitment process. The user-friendly interface and helpful support team have made the transition super smooth (especially Tom, who went above & beyond to help us navigate through challenges and make this transition possible!). The functionality is great and it allows us and out stakeholders to have a unique experience. The main reason as to why we decided to transition was the need for us to have a solid CRM in place, talent insights and ability to customise ATS's functionality to suit our needs. With Lever we have all of that and I don't think we will be ever looking back as we re already seeing the benefits.

After having used more than 5 different ATS, for me, Lever is by far the best ATS on the market today. The tool is intuitive, easy to access, and extremely comprehensive. From day one, you are supported by implementation specialists who assist you for over a month and a half to ensure everything goes smoothly. We were fortunate to have Ally Nguyen, who did an outstanding job and provided excellent support to help us with the migration. Flawless! I highly recommend this tool.
