The implementation phase of Lever was superb (thanks to Katie), I also really like the customer care and the way the product team thinks of the roadmap of Lever. The adoption of the product went well, our managers are very happy with that and recruiters as well. The product is smart, it is limiting mistakes on the user end which is great. On the other hand, as we are a company of larger size, certain workflows are not granular enough and it creates issues on the go (as it is harder for us to set up certain automations or workflows). Also, Lever should work harder on their GDPR setup and make it more granular as it is needed for European based companies.

Best ATS I've worked with. Scheduling is super easy with scheduling links and google calendar integration. The one downfall is that there is no Zoom integration for the startup-tier plan. You have to upgrade to a higher tier for that, which isn't terrible but would be nice to have as an early stage company

Lever is a beautifully designed product. It has some really good functionality and it is also lacking some typical, "thought you didn't have to ask" functionality of an ATS (ie automatic closure of a job). I love the immediacy of the updating that occurs in Lever - I don't like the fact that all hiring managers with access to candidates can see all of the active applications they've got going. My implementation manager (B Cheema) was a shining light in the implementation process.

Lever is a fantastic ATS for growing companies looking for a more robust system. The add-on of Nurture helps support talent acquisition, which is a differentiator in the ATS market. Lever makes it super easy to schedule interviews, create feedback forms (and make sure they're filled out), etc. It helps keep everyone accountable on all sides. The onboarding was quick and easy (shout out to Rain!). I only wish I could manually upload a CSV of candidates to a job. But I can email it to tech support and they'll do it - which is great.

Love how much time this has saved me! My first ATS at a rapidly growing start up. This has provided a lot more visibility into recruitment pipelines for our hiring managers. Very happy so far.

A former employee signed us up for Lever and then left without completing our onboarding. I inherited the responsibility to manager Lever, but have very limited knowledge about how to operate any ATS, let alone Lever specially. I was floundering a bit until Lever reached out about continuing our official onboarding process with them. They set up 2, hour long Zoom video calls with me to walk me through how the platform works and suggest some basic best practices to making the most of it. My onboarding rep, Jeffrey, kindly answered all of my questions and patiently waited as I took copious notes of his demonstrations. It was probably the best and most comprehensive onboarding to a platform that I have ever received, especially since we're a relatively small account as a 30 person company.
