Otto Wong has been terrific! He digs in deep and asks great questions to quickly problem solve. It's fun to watch him take on challenges because he laughs and smiles the entire way.

Roy was truly great at setting my mind at ease and I think I'm pretty demanding and not always to easy to please He held our hand as we implemented and his speed was fast and true Thank you Roy and Lever team Without you, what would we do! I'm satisfied beyond belief the organization we now have is divine The ATS is simply the best Thank you Roy, for all of your time.

Roy has been a huge help through our implementation process!

Lever is such a unique product in all the best ways. As far as an ATS goes, it is, in my opinion, the best ATS system on the market. The main two reasons behind this are ease of use and Implementation. Lever isn't built for engineers or tech savvy people, but for recruiters and users. After Implementation, our users have provided nothing but great feedback about the system. As far as our Implementation goes, we were blessed to have Monika as our Implementation specialist. We had no issues at all with implementation, and when something did come up, she took it upon herself to work with other companies to get things straight. Things went smoothly and we actually had it up and running before our deadline.

Overall experience with Lever has been excellent. Love that they are user-friendly for recruiters, candidates and hiring managers. We loved the great customer service! The implementation and integration with other job boards was an organized, smooth process. This has definitely added value to our recruiting strategy and is giving us a more proactive approach by building a talent pipeline. No regrets and would recommend to others.
