We have been able to continue to more our candidate/hiring pipeline forward as we continued to implement some of the other functions of lever. Now that we are fully implemented into the Lever system it has provided us with better candidate management and reporting. We have recently implemented Lever, and so far it has been great. The whole procurement process was very efficient and demos were designed to our requirements. It is by far the best software implementation any of us have been involved with too, we had no issues or bugs to resolve. We chose Lever due to it being a highly collaborative platform which for a matrix organisation was incredibly important for us. Our stakeholders were involved in choosing and implementing Lever which has been great in making sure Lever is fit for our purposes. Lever has great features such as bulk actions, nurture campaigns, and a chrome extension. All in all, we are very impressed!
