The service provides help at the touch of a button. I have had to reach out a few times and every time I received prompt tech support who tracked issues down. While the issues are slowly going down, they are explainable and fixable... the effort is recognized.

Faced with the problem of a fatal error when running a WordPress based site and the WooCommerce plugin. WooCommerce tech support did not respond to my request. Searching the forums did not give any results. The rapyd.cloud tech support team helped. It took 2 days to solve the problem. Various tools were used to solve it. As a result, rapyd.cloud employees have added additional code to the WooCommerce plugin and the problem has been resolved. Thank you to the rapyd.cloud team for their patience and help.
